As with all bedrooms, there is patio-door access to a wrap-around deck.

A second living-area makes this home ideal for two families, for a couple who disagrees over TV programs, or for someone who just needs some “get away” space.

This living area also has a new flat-panel cable TV and an AM/FM stereo radio.  Our Internet based cable service has 173 channels (104 regular, 19 movie, 50 music).
