Current rental rates are shown below, and are subject to change.  Rates include our rental agent's fees, entrance/security fees for the gated community, cable TV, wireless Internet for your laptop, linens and towels, free long distance phone service, and cleaning after check-out.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

During Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years: weekly or longer rentals only* and higher rates apply.

Major credit cards are accepted.

On weekly rentals, we offer a 10% discount for Seniors (60+) and a 10% discount for returning renters.  I.D. is required for discounts.  Only one discount can be applied.

*Summer and holiday rentals of 4-6 days may be booked within 2 weeks of rental date, if available.
